On the way to balance of forestry land use of Ukraine: ecological-and-economic aspect

Purpose. The purpose of this work is to investigate the ecological-and-economic aspect certain factors ensure balanced use forest lands; develop proposals for formation basis development sustainable forestry. 
 Methodology / approach. We used following methods: dialectical method cognition analysis scientific works scientists concerning problems lands forestry purpose; analogies (transfer patterns one process with amendments another or territory); statistical (based on quantitative indicators that allow drawing conclusions about pace process); comparative (comparison resources and their Ukraine Poland); correlation (identification which forecast significantly depends; clarification relationships, relationship predicted phenomenon under influence factors), graphical, abstract-logical (theoretical generalizations formulation conclusions). information base study data Global Assessment Forest Resources FAO 2020, Monitoring Land Relations in Ukraine, reporting State Agency Stewardship Council®. Based annual reports Forestry some report 288 state forestries 2018–2020 are consolidated terms 24 regional departments hunting.
 Results. In dynamics 2018–2020, changes volume resources, reserves, biomass, carbon density were studied; Poland compared. volumes certification by regions estimated. relationships between capital investments production price sold wood, net income forestry, amount profit, degree depreciation fixed assets; tax burden financial stability was studied. assessment individual indicators, need update assets enterprises through improvement investment instrument justified. results a summary evidence environmental economic aspects impact lands, turn forms achieving goals policy Ukraine.
 Originality novelty. studied interdependencies characteristics land made it possible identify lands. It substantiated reforestation, certification, renewal instrument, optimization activities favorable balance use. proved excessive deterrent proposed alleviate reducing rate deduction enterprises, eliminating problem double taxation fund, limited budget funding will accumulate own use.
 Practical value implications. main can be to: (I) structure (II) defining when developing strategy enterprises; (III) achievement at national level, defined Basic Principles (strategy) period up 2030. both level management entities, as well levels, make decisions implementation measures land. Also, causal links arise from response open new opportunities planning. These provide important protection all Ukraine.
